Two words: CUTE BABIES

Ok, so it wasn’t just about the constant exposure to adorable babies—it was also the pride I took working at a purpose-driven, women-led company. In my 2.5 years at Jessica Alba’s groundbreaking lifestyle brand The Honest Company, I led digital design for the baby portion of the business, a role with many hats. I functioned both as a contributor and overseer for seasonal product launch campaigns (CRM, e-commerce, print, paid and organic social), product photography and occasional print projects. I also led recruiting efforts for the digital team, created department training materials, evolved the brand and instituted efficiencies wherever possible (hello, implementation of a much-needed digital asset management system!) And if that wasn’t enough, I was a key stakeholder in the re-platform and re-design of the flagship e-commerce site.
